The apartment was neat and well appointed.
We arrived at 17h00 to find the apartment had not been cleaned. It was very dirty with bedlinen and towels on the floor, old food in the fridge etc. I had to call the number to advise them. In the end we received a call at 19h15 to advise that the apartment had been cleaned. It had but there were still dirty coffee mugs in the cupboard. Also, no teaspoons.
