Apartment was well-maintained and the AMAZING staff were always PROMPT and efficient when we had any questions. Location close to bus/train station and offers a side of Porto that most people miss. Great restaurants, a massage literally across the street and grocery store a short walk.
Garbage pickup at night. With that said, this is a very minor thing because I think it’s great they pick up garbage daily. I also had some confusion finding apartment, but that was more a Google Map issue than the people who run the property.

Era amplio, moderno y bien equipado con todo lo necesario y con una muy buena ubicación tanto para recorrer la ciudad como para el transporte

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien
La descripción de la vivienda no es correcta; ponía que tenía visitas si al la pared del edificio de enfrente, balcón no existía,la limpieza pésima hasta migas en la alfombra, vasos sucios, vitro hasta se dibuja arriba, el baño los azulejos con moho,y el colmo menos de medio rollo de papel higiénico y sigue la lista pero no merece la pena. Otra cosa intenté entrar antes o salir después obviamente pagando extra y jamás me contestaron y se puede hacer porque trabajo de lo mismo en España. Claro si hay voluntad, otra familia española también le pasó lo mismo y estaba de las 7 de la mañana allí...
