The hotel and the facilities are great, the staff are friendly and the breakfasts are tasty with a descent selection. They have a charging point and adapter for the EV Infront of the hotel as well.

There is a very steep hill to the hotel that makes it hard to walk with a stroller.

We were provided with lux instead of a deluxe one. What is very pleasant from their side. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the spa as well. The staff is very supportive and smiling. Restraint is stunning. All the dishes we ordered were extremely delicious. The breakfast was simply amazing. There are a lot of options to take. Meat, eggs, desserts, fruits, crepes, pancakes. etc. I

The coffee was not that good. I would advise improving that skill. Location, if you want to visit 7,2R you should take a car

Amazing rooms, amazing interior and beautiful building. Staff is kind and tries their best.

The spa is mediocre at best. The indoor jacuzzi is an echoing room with a swimming pool behind it so you can’t fully relax with so much noise. The pool outside isn’t as warm as they promised. Indoor lounge was closed and no one told us that it was moved outside. Short staffed. Two waiters for the whole building that take care of the restaurant and the lounges. The hookah was decent but nothing great since they don’t have a professional making it. The restaurant menu doesn’t have all the ingredients written, weight or any pictures to see what you are ordering exactly. They take 100 hrynias just to bring your food to the room.
