The staff were very kind and helpful. The best match of price and quality. The place far from bukovel noise and other hotels. Daily cleaning of hotel rooms. Beautiful restaurant interior.
Commuting there not so easy. Near 10 minutes for a walk. There is construction going on near the hotel, which creates a bit of noise.

Staff is friendly and helpful as always - it is not our first stay here. Rooms are clean, food is tasty, dogs are awesome.
Elevator was out of order because of electricity power outages

We have spend some great time here.
very friendly staff. Clean place. enough “activity” to do here and don’t go outside of territory.
We had have great breakfast during our stay there. It was really good, but food that are on lunch or evening was a joke.
We tried it only once, and It was enough for us. Cuz there are plenty of restaurants in Bukovel and you don’t need to give another chances…
