Very nice, especially suite and lady on reception - staff at the restaurant - disaster, not pleasant, not welcoming, you better change it not to ruin the impression of you hotel

Close to the center of Bukovel. Clean room.
1. Elevator was not working for 2 days out of our 3 nights stay. No bell boy offered to carry our heavy suitcase to the 3rd floor.
2. There were workers doing work in the property and it was so noisy. Drilling and other construction-related noises. My child couldn't sleep or have an afternoon nap. I later realized that it was noted in Booking.com but when I called the receptionist and told her about it, she was so rude and not professional at all in her response and reaction to my concern.
3. One of the receptionists, without mentioning his/her name, was not very polite and not professional. For this reason I decided to extend my stay in Bukovel but move to another hotel to get a better experience.
4. The restaurant closes very early at night and nothing to do in the property in the evening.
5. Breakfast is not included in the price.
6. Be careful from the sanitizer dispenser at the reception. It splashes alcohol all over. So watch out for your eyes. I believe the dispenser is designed to dispense gel type sanitizers not liquid types.
