Rosa is so kind and helpful - with great suggestions! The property is located right next to the bus stops - connecting you to all the key stops right around the island. The room was super clean, traditional and cosy. Although near to the key rd, it’s surprisingly quiet and the shutters / air conditioning make it easy to keep the room cool. Beautiful plants, peach tree and , lemon tree in the garden. And lots of visits from a lovely cat!!

Posizione TOP, davanti al cancello c'è la fermata del bus con cui raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse dell'isola (consiglio l'abbonamento settimanale molto conveniente). Con una scaletta in 5 min si è in paese e in 10 alla spiaggia (a mio parere la più bella dell'isola). Stanza spaziosa e pulita, cucina in comune a disposizione, bel.giardino rigoglioso vista mare. La signora Rosa è gentilissima e premurosa. Lo consiglio.
Suggerirei di inserire i contenitori per la raccolta differenziata nelle camere o almeno in cucina

Vista mare bellissima, location immersa nel verde, camera da letto accogliente e pulita. Padrona molto gentile e cordiale.
La porta del bagno toccava per terra e non si riusciva ad aprire e chiudere agevolmente e il tubo del doccino era più corto rispetto all'attacco al muro rendendo complicato fare la doccia.
Applicherei una insegna più visibile del b&b direttamente sul portone del cancello.

Das Frühstück besteht aus abgepackten Snacks & löslichem Caffè.
Die Lage ist direkt! an HauptverkehrsStraße von Ischia; SEHR laut, Dauerverkehr, auch Schwerlast.
Die Terassen, das Grundstück sind ungepflegt/ungefegt.
WiFi funktioniert nicht.
