Comfy beds, clean room, quiet neighborhood, very nice and polite staff (especially the receptionist), great location.
No air-conditioning nor air circulation system whatsoever. I realize we are in Paris but it was the top floor during a heatwave and it was impossible to sleep at night. Pillows were not great and the furniture, carpet and reception area is old and dainted.

The hotel was convenient for Gare du Nord, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.
The room was very cramped, though that isn’t unusual for Paris. The breakfast room, though pleasant, was also a little cramped. The reception on arrival was far from welcoming.
