This beach front studio has stunning porcelain tile flooring throughout and has a modern, fresh, bright, beachy vibe. It has a new Simmons Beauty rest King size pillow-top mattress, and 2 single pull out beds -1 from the loveseat, without the usual uncomfortable bar across the back, and 1 Simmons fold-away bed, also without the bar.
The kitchenette comes with a blender, full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a space-saving fold down breakfast table and chairs. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower, and a vanity with plenty of storage. There are two safety bars in the tub/shower and one near the toilet. A hair dryer is also provided.
Directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Open the sliding glass doors to the covered private balcony and listen to the sound of the surf. Enjoy your day pool or beach side.
This property does have a large swimming pool and lounge area. There are two community charcoal grills(charcoal not provided) on property with sitting areas.
Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free island trolley.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and is one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.
**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

Wonderful stay, clean condo and as advertised. Easy check in and out. Beautiful beach view from my balcony.
Outside of building could use some fresh landscaping and beach chairs for use would be great. Neither of these things would deter me from renting again though.

Can’t beat the view of the gulf, and only being two stories it’s easy to walk to beach and back to rental as often as needed. Other guests were kind and considerate. Property is perfectly placed in the middle of the island.

We brought our mother with us. She hasn't been able to go to the beach in several years. She absolutely loved it. The beach was a little rougher the first couple days but it finally was calm and she went chest high..the dolphin tour was great and later that day we witnessed dolphin from the beach actually jumping..
Following a gorgeous sunset. Overall the room was everything we needed, the pool was very relaxing and would book again
