Appartamento molto bello, areato e ben illuminato. Abbiamo riscontrato solo qualche mancanza di piccole cose basilari che abbiamo trovato in altri alloggi, come sapone per le mani in bagno, un rotolo di panno carta per la cucina, una bottiglia di acqua per chi arriva stanco già del viaggio, mancanza di gancio per asciugamani in cucina, camera patronale senza comodini, qualche molletta per stendere in piu

Az óceánra való kilátás nagyon jó volt, a közelben több étterem is megtalálható. Autóval könnyen megközelíthető a repülőtér, Los Christianos, Las Americas, Adeje és a többi déli parti település. Ár-érték arányban megfelelő.
Az apartman felszerelése hiányos volt, Nem volt strandoláshoz való dolog (törölköző, nagyobb takaró). Az apartman alatt közvetlenül található egy bár (Blue bar),ami miatt minden éjszaka hajnalig nehézkes volt az alvás. Ha autóval érkezik, akkor a parkolás is nehézkes. Az ágyakban a matrac nagyon kényelmetlen, ki van feküdve.

Great location in the middle of the city with a sea view.
Needs some TLC - falling towel hanger in the bathroom, leaking shower curtain, hole in the railing, the sofa is not in a good state. The bed mattresses need a replacement. Our apartment was located on the 3rd floor and there was no lift.
