Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist in einem tadellosen neu renovierten Zustand. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie eine große, geräumige Küche bieten ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Direkt an der Strandpromenade, wenige Laufminuten von Supermärkten und Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs gelegen, umrahmt von diversen Restaurants und Cafés, befindet sich das Appartement in einer ausgezeichneten Lage.

Das einzige, was noch eine perfekte Ergänzung darstellen würde, wäre das Anbringen einiger Bilder sowie einer Wanduhr. Only nice to have in einem bereits perfekt eingerichteten Appartement.

This is a fantastic flat on the first floor of the first apartment block you reach coming from the marina, and has lovely views from the balcony overlooking the pebbly beach. The ground floor of all of these blocks are fitted out as restaurant units, and while we were there, the unit immediately below us had been refurbished but was unoccupied. The ground floor unit on the other side of the building was undergoing extensive renovation, so there was a bit of noise from the construction work. The other restaurants along the promenade were all fairly quiet, so hopefully there won't be a lot of noise when the two on the ground floor of this building are occupied. Access to the flat is by a common stair from the street that runs behind the building. Once you get through the door, the flat itself has recently been nicely renovated. To the right are two double bedrooms, one with a small balcony on the rear corner of the building. Neither has an en suite, but the bathroom in the flat is good-sized and well laid out. Left from the entrance takes you to an open sitting, dining and kitchen area with a utility room behind a closed door and a balcony overlooking the sea along the whole front of the flat. Fittings and equipment were all to a good standard and there’s lots of storage. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave and electric hob. Two coffee makers were provided (mokka pot and a small filter machine) and there's also a toaster. The large, modern wall mounted TV allows you to log in to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon). The balcony was a lovely place to enjoy the sunset. There are around 10 restaurants between the promenade and the marina and we didn't have a bad meal during our enjoyable 6 day stay. There's plenty public parking around Las Galletas but not immediately adjacent to the building. The place was clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent. We have no hesitation recommending it.
