MARAVILLA Suite Seaside by lAmOnDaos - Heated Pool -

This apartment is clean, modern, spacious and extremely well appointed with everything you might need during your stay, including 2 large TVs with streaming access, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, espresso coffee maker, food liquidizer, lots of crockery, stainless steel pans and kitchen utensils for cooking, etc. Plus plentiful cleaning products, dishwasher and laundry tablets, refuse bags, etc. And lots of useful supplies in the bathrooms too. Also a welcome food and wine parcel when we arrived. This level of thought and detail by the owners is unusual and very welcome. The beds were modern and comfortable, though one had a few missing slats underneath. Access to the large heated (27 degrees) pool in the complex was another huge plus. It was never crowded and we swam happily every day, in the middle of winter. Security in the complex is good with gated access and inside parking. The development is prosperous and well maintained.

Costa Silencio is a bit dreary, like a huge housing estate with no centre. Our only negative about the apartment itself is the lack of sun on the balcony, a disadvantage at this time of year though no doubt welcome in summer heat.

The very spacious apartment is located in a beautiful and very well kept apartment complex in Costa del Silencio. This area is the one we prefer when in Tenerife, as it usually provides the sought quietness. It can accommodate 4 adults plus 2 children (over 5 years old, in my opinion, as there bunk beds). There is one master bedroom with incorporated bathroom (both spacious and filled with light), a second bedroom with separate bathroom plus the children's room. Living room encloses open space kitchen with all necessary facilities in case you want to cook at home and opens onto a generous terrace on the back side of the building. We have been spending our holidays for nearly 2 decades in rented accommodations, but this is the first time when we really felt that owners have opened their home to us. Starting from the fact that there was a welcome basket with some local produce for us to taste (including a big bottle of water, natural juice and one of local red wine), we found a fill of other articles destined for us: a cosmetic kit in the bathroom (in case you forgot you toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream, etc. at home plus shampoo and washing gel), in the kitchen a large variety of spices, but also dish washing fluid, floor and toilet cleaners and other similar stuff. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The complex is like a garden in which 2 stored apartment blocks have been built and the administration team are tending it on a daily basis. There is a heated pool with salty water and a smaller pool for children available from 09:00 - 18:30. A very well supplied supermarket is 100 m away and others in walking distance, so are an array of restaurants and cafes. Perfect setting for a memorable holiday! Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Friendly, highly-helpful host. Excellent welcome pack and hamper. Well stocked bathroom. Large pool that wasn't overcrowded. A very quiet location.

Quiet location worked for us, although might not suit partygoers.

Apartment idealnie wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba, a nawet więcej jak np. kosmetyki typu maseczka do twarzy, balsam, krem do rąk, krem do opalania, itd. Super kosz powitalny od gospodarza. Apartament bardzo przestrzenny. Cały kompleks bardzo zadbany. Nie było problemów z miejscem do parkowania. W pobliżu bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket. Apartment zarządzany bezpośrednio przez właściciela i to jest zawsze bardzo pozytywna różnica do tych zarządzanych przez firmy. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.
