Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views Over Looe

I had a fantastic stay at Looe Self Catering. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The highlight was the stunning view of Looe overlooking the river — a beautiful and peaceful scene to wake up to each morning. Clive was an excellent host. His communication was clear and helpful throughout, and he made sure everything was ready for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Great location, amazing views, and a host who truly cares. I would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Looe.

Great location to explore Looe.we enjoyed the coastal pathway to Polperro.

Excellent location with brilliant views of Looe. The cottage was only a few minutes walk from the town and also the beach. There was free parking available and the property was very well equipped with quality furnishings and equipment. The bed was extremely comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Little Pudding Cottage.

Nothing negative to say but just to note the walk to the town /beach is fairly steep so not suitable for everyone

Lovely home in the perfect location.

Clive was a great host, very friendly and helpful with quick communication and provided lots of recommendations. Property was lovely and had everything we need for our stay. The extra touches were greatly appreciated. We loved the amazing views over Looe and the short walk into town.

Wonderful Location for Coastal Walking.

The location and free secure parking make this property stand out. The bed was really comfortable. The views, day & night from the sitting room window are magical. It was great to have Netflix and Amazon Prime provided. Our October visit meant that it was prefereable to stay in and watch a film after a day's walking. The coastal walks in both directions are excellent especially between Polperro and Looe. The local shops provided everything we needed and Daisy's Tearoom a little bit down the hill was superb for breakfast on the first morning prior to shopping. The WiFi is fast and the owner rebooted it in no time at all when it went down (this only happened once).

The bed is against a wall on one side which was not evident in the photographs. It meant that crawling in and out of bed from the end for one of us. The sliding bathroom door was squeaky on the runners. Between these two things, we had disturbed sleep every night. The kitchen has a dishwasher but there is only 4 of everything. 6 of everything would allow the dishwasher to be full and more economic if used rather than handwashing everything while on holiday. There is no recycling - apparently the Council collect everything is black bin bags - even glass. It was uncomfortable not to separate everthing. We were tempted to take our rubbish home to recycle - a trip of nearly 600 miles. The owner believes the Council separate it all at the depot.

Stunning views and excellent location.

The location was excellent assuming you don't mind a steep hill to and from town. The parking was easy and very close to the property. Everything we needed was provided except for pint glasses. The Alexa and Netflix options were a very nice extra. The property was warm and cosy.

The photos masked the really size of the property and it was much smaller than expected. In the bedroom the very comfortable bed was against one side wall (the only way it would fit in the room). There is a hot water tank in one of the bedroom cupboards that makes a dreadful noise when heating up at about 6am! The whole apartment could do with a deep end of season clean and a lick of paint.
