Make wonderful family memories at this fabulous 5th floor, 2/2 unit at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club #5516 in the heart of Orange Beach. Book your next vacation in this beautifully decorated condo and your loved ones with thank you later!
THE SPACE: Don't worry about what you need because this spacious condo has it all! The kitchen has all NEW appliances and is fully equipped including everything you need to cook your vacation specialties. We supply both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Our dining table seats 4, with 4 seats available at the bar. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD and comfortable seating The master Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV, and DVD player. Both bathrooms have a full bath with a tub/shower combo. You have access to your gulf front balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy your meals outside on the patio. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ice is available on property in front of the office. You will also enjoy the key-less entry system - no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy our inviting amenities which include two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool (located in building 1, heated year-round), picnic area, workout facility, sauna, steam room, free Wi-Fi, cable, spacious picnic area, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and outdoor barbecue grills. You are located just steps from the beach and a private, coded locked gate is provided at the entrance. Beach chair and umbrella service is available in season. Tents are allowed but must be setup behind the beach service. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your luggage and groceries.
*Parking pass must be purchased onsite from Front Desk or Security Guard after arrival, limit 2 vehicles, price is subject to change. *Boats and trailers are not allowed on property except when loading or unloading. You must make arrangements to park your boat and trailer offsite prior to your arrival. *You must be 25 years of age to rent. Proof of age is required to confirm rental. *No Pets *No Parties *Non-Smoking Unit. *A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.
THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

The first picture in the gallery shows the condo next door in the background of the pool, a little subtle deception? I dont know but just know what is pictured behind the pool is a newer complex next door on the beach and not the complex you'll be staying in. The experience was diminished because the cleaning crew did not clean the property well before we got there. It appeared clean when we first walked in but quickly realized the lousy job the cleaning crew did: Clumps of sand on the grey couch, soda stain on the floor in front of the grey couch. The floors were only lightly swept. The rug and door mats were filthy and clumps of sand on the balcony. I understand the environment is sandy but this was negligence. Also, your tan couch stinks very badly, couldn't lay down on it because the smell was overwhelming. I wasnt about to call and get some lazy crew back out there to angrily clean the place so we just cleaned it ourselves. Now that I've said the negative...
I will praise the condo for it's value and location. The pool and beach access was nice even though it was not actually against the beach. The beds were comfortable (firm mattresses). The kitchen and appliances were nice and stocked better than most. After we cleaned the place we really did enjoy our time there. Thanks and I hope my blunt honesty is not found offensive.
