Ocean front, easy parking, very nice location for kids lots of space!
The property was pretty old, the washer and dryer hadn’t been cleaned, just needs to be updated a bit

Beautiful older condo. Very clean and well accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.
Lock on the main entrance door didn’t seem very secure and keypad was difficult to obtain entry. Handle on one of the sliding doors leading to the balcony was defective and broke during our stay. I few other minor issues, but Vacasa repaired during our stay.

Leaking sink left with a bowl under it to catch dirty water; broken disposal;loose shoemold with exposed nails; rotten, molded wood in cabinets;dirty, rotting shoemold; dirty edges of tile floors; dusty slats of closet doors; no locks or handles on sliding glass doors(handles just left on floor)
