Breakfast was decent Korean style.

The late checking in (4 pm) snd early checking out (10 or 11:00 am) really sucks for travellers coming from afar and arriving in the early morning!

Clean room. Big and comfortable room

The room is very hot and ventilation is poor. The central heating set at 27.5 degree Celsius is too hot and uncomfortable.

Here on a business trip, the hotel is quite reasonably priced and in a good location near to the metro, with many eateries nearby. The room was large by Korean standards and mostly clean. Water pressure in the shower was good. They don’t use a key card which is convenient but you do need to remember the room passcode. Free water bottles were provided and updated every day.

The room was very warm, I tried to switch off the heater and lower the temperature, but it didn’t work. I had to open the window for some fresh air. Another odd thing I notice is the absence of a power plug on or nearby the desk. I had to connect my laptop to a power source that ran across one bed, which was not ideal. Staff were not friendly at all and I wonder what the purpose of front desk staff if they don’t even help guests or greet us when we come in and leave? When I checked in, I was early and they didn’t even want to assist me beyond “we’ll charge you if you want to check in early”. I had to find the locker room myself and even find my way to take a a shower elsewhere while waiting for my room. When I checked out, same behaviour from another set of staff. This experience puts them solidly in the 1 star and below category.

Location was good, breakfast average but free so it's a plus. Neighborhood felt safe with good dining options.

The wall in the rooms were dirty and stained, room was warm in mid april but the hotel wouldn't turn the air cond till a certain date. Basic room was very small. Not enough hangers. The water from the shower leaked out from the bathroom.
