The property was clean and well presented. Perfectly located for our needs. Not too touristy and plenty of authentic places to visit, beaches and eateries nearby
The pool was fantastic and the property itself looked out the sea one side and mountains the other. Property was not overlooked and was in a nice quiet area.

We all loved our stay here. Easy walk to the beach and many tavernas in walking distance. Such a beautiful part of the island, quiet not too touristy and a lovely villa. Michalis was an absolute star, so kind and friendly. Will definitely be back.

The house is very well laid out, spacious and comfortable with plenty of small balconies. The pool was a nice size and there were plenty of seating areas around it
All towels, sheets and pillows need to be replaced and the cupboards need to be steam cleaned.

The location was ideal for us as near to shops , beach and tavernas. We enjoyed the outside seating areas, bbq and the pool which was well maintained. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The bed linen was clean and an adequate number of clean towels were provided. Good strong Wifi. Air con was good too.
Michaelis was on hand for any issues and dealt with them quickly.
The villa was tired and needed a thorough deep clean. The kitchen space was difficult to use although it had all appliances. The ensuite was old, sealant mould and not useable for us. It is certainly not a luxury villa as it is called. The throws on the sofas were grubby and threadbare.
We had travelled for several weeks throughout Crete staying in at least 5 other venues and this was the only one that did not provide a welcome pack not even a bottle of water, bearing in mind that some of our party came directly from the airport this wasn’t great.
Also on the wall notices, it said that there would be a visit from the maid, twice in the week, this didn’t happen. The metal cover to the pool maintenance room became very hot in the sun and as it was on poolside was an issue as one of our party burnt his foot on it as he ran around the pool. The table tennis table was in a poor state with only 3 perished balls and the dart board was worn out with only 4 useable darts. The children's play equipment shown in the photographs wasn’t there.
The door of the main bathroom could not be opened properly as the washing machine was behind it , which made it awkward to use.
