Cleanliness is top-notch. Location is also good - the beach is on the other side of the road, multiple restaurants are nearby. At the same time Maleme isn't full of tourists. The apartment itself was as advertised - enough for a 2+1 family. The pool and area around it was exceptionally clean.
Only one thing - the neighboring restaurant makes a constant humming noise in the evenings, and sometimes you can hear parties from close-by hotels, going late into the night. Still would recommend, though, as the windows are quite sound proof

Really nice and clean apartment. We found it more beautiful and cleaner on actual than what it looks on booking.com. The owners definitely need to update the pictures as it really stunning. The street next to it is quite lively and there are a lot of nice restaurants close by. Highly highly recommended.
