The spa price was a bit much to use the steam room and sauna. I think if you have a massage booked that should be included but it was a separate cost of 25€.

Excellent staff and accommodation but feels like looking for ant opportunity to charge extra amounts.

A beautiful hotel where clearly a lot of thought has gone into the details making it and excellent experience. Staff were all clearly enthusiastic about their establishment and work and couldn’t do enough for you. Everyone we met was extremely polite and engaging…top marks, making this a memorable stay.

A slight concern was that everything was extra, parking, the spa and if you wanted a cooked element to breakfast. The Spa is good and charging for treatments is to be expected. However 50 euros for a couple for an hour to use the hot tub and sauna seems high to us. Also, breakfast was not the usual full breakfast and was cut back due to being out of season. We do understand this but to then charge extra for cooked eggs sticks in the throat and seems one sided and left a little bit of a sour taste in an otherwise great stay.

Short visit in Limone P.

Central location, pleasant atmosphere, decent breakfast. The decor is very nice. Convenient if you want to be close to the shopping\restaurants of the village.

Our room (the last available, which was strange as the hotel looked pretty empty), was very small and had just one window opening to a small alley, rather depressing. The common areas are very small.

Staff courtesy, restaurant, cleaning, breakfast, SPA staff very professional and helpful. Souranded by shops and restaurants, great location.

Suite and restaurant are outside the main building. TV was not working well. One morning the cleaning did not happen.SPA is quite little, only jacuzzi no swimming pool.

It was ridiculous nobody from Hotel contact me and tell me that the road is closed to the valley, I was driving 4 1/2 hours. To see that the end of the road for 5 km is closed. I have no other possibility and drive another five hours back home, It was my worst experience in Limone P Monte

Location good and on demand ski shuttle. Breakfasts were good and the breakfast manager Raphael was charming with excellent customer service - an asset to the hotel. On his day off the service was chaotic.

The room was dark and the lighting terrible. In addition I reserved a room with a bath and there wasn’t one, the bathroom was tiny

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our suite was exquisite with a beautiful view off of the terrace.

The thermostat in the room was extremely difficult to operate, and at times the room was very hot.

Quaint beautiful town in mountainous scenery. Beautiful and convenient hotel. Could have used air conditioning in August, but they gave us a fan and it usually wouldn’t be an issue.
