We would love to come and stay again

We had a lovely chalet, lots of space, very conveniently located and very helpful staff!

Loved the location and the decor was great want to come back in winter please.

NO breakfast we took our own as we were in a flat. Really great parking easy to use until we needed to get out. Friendly hosts and wonderful gardens also nice directions once we found the place

It was really hard to find on sat nav opne way streets and roadworks contributed to this. The exit procedure from caer park needed better explinations.

L’emplacement est idéal, 5mn à pied du centre ville, le chalet était parfaitement équipé, décoré, spacieux pour le nombre de personnes, le garage est également un +, la dame est très aimable

Attention le seul bémol est lorsque vous faites la réservation bien faire bien attention au nombres de personnes, nous avons réservé un chalet pour 8 personnes mais « nous avons laissé 2 personnes sur booking » de ce fait nous avons doublé le montant de notre réservation (supplément de 360€ => montant négocié) lors du check out ! A savoir que l’on nous demandait 720€ de supplément alors que nous avions réservé un chalet pour 8 personnes et que nous étions 6 personnes, Lorsque la dame m’a dit au check in, ah mais vous n’êtes pas deux personnes (assez logique puisque le réservation était pour 8) il y aura un supplément pour les personnes, je pensais qu’elle parlait de la city tax et non d’un supplément de 90€/per et par nuit, Pas très clair…..

Nous avons aimée pouvoir venir en famille avec le chien, le jardin, le bruit de la rivière. L’emplacement est idéal au calme. La baignoire est spacieuse c'est un vrai plus. La sécurité aux portes est rassurante.

Un micro-ondes et des muggs auraient été un plus.
