Härlig lägenhet med stor balkong/Terass med utsikt mot vattnet. Ligger nära till allt! Affärer, bad, restauranger. Välstädat och sköna sängar. All utrustning finns för att laga mat, tvätta, diskmaskin mm.

Das Apartement war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung überkomplet - alle Küchenmaschinen (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Grill etc. etc.) vorhanden und wichtige Nebensächlichkeiten wie frische Wasserflasche, Zucker und Kaffee, Gewürze usw. sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist excellent für unser Vorhaben Opatja und den Lungomare zu erkunden. Die Terrasse sehr groß, mit Blick aufs Meer, richtig gut geeignet um Abends noch zusammen zukommen und Brettspiele zu spielen. Der Geräuschpegel von der Strasse ist für die Stadtmitte sehr moderat und im Apartement praktisch nicht wahrzunehmen. Weiters sind gleich neben dem Eingang eine kleine Bar in welcher man einen tollen Kaffee bekommt, gegenüber auf der Strasse eine Bäckerei und der Konsum gerade mal 50 Meter entfernt. Und viele viele tolle Restaurants gleich nebenan in der Nachbarschaft. Parkplatz wurde von unser Vermieterin ebenfalls (zu einem günstigeren Preis) organisiert - ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

Badezimmer war nicht sauber genug

The best thing about the apartment was the large balcony and the sea view.

I hesitate to write any negatives, but I appreciate reading other people's experiences when I look for places to stay. This apartment maybe great for some people. We weren't able to check in until 4:30- things happen and maybe this was a one time thing, but after driving for hours with two kids It is nice to be able to check in on time. The apartment isn't well stocked. we used cups for bowls, no paper towels, etc.. The apartment doesn't come with any personal touches that can be appreciated like coffee not necessary but definitely appreciated. There is a cafe right under the apartment. Many of the places we stay the love and care of the tenants is reflected in the apartment- this was not the case here. very basic rental apartment. Traffic can be loud at night do to location on mainroad.
