About this apartment rental
We a renting two apartments in our family house, apartment Andrea is on the ground floor, and apartment Vesna is on the first floor. They have a separate entrance.
The apartment on the ground floor, Andrea, has two bedrooms, and the one on the first floor, Vesna, has 3 bedrooms. All together we can accommodate up to nine people.
A large and spacious air conditioned 90 m2 apartment, consist of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining and a seating area, balcony, BBQ, terrace.
The green surroundings, sea view, quiet and peaceful place, suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
The apartment is situated in a family house, only 5 minutes drive from the city centre and the beach, far away from the city crowd and rush!
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
A beautiful garden and a tavern make it the perfect place where you can enjoy your holiday in peace, fresh air and bird songs, far away from city crowds and noise.
We offer on payment a shuttle transfer from and to the airport.
The apartment is located just above Opatija city centre, a charming tourist destination, located between mountains and the sea. Opatija has always been known for its pure air and health beneficial aerosols. Since 19th century!
Situated below the mountain and Nature Park Učka visually dominates the Istrian peninsula and the Bay of Kvarner. The Nature Park Ucka covers an area of 160 km2.
There are a safe bike parking spaces in the garage.

Eine wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete, saubere und vollkommen ruhige (bis auf gelegentliches Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft) auf dem Berg gelegene Unterkunft mit extrem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden, deutsch sprechenden Gastgebern.
Der Weg zu Fuß ins Tal und zurück geht über Treppen (Kondition erforderlich) oder mit dem Auto über schmale Straßen - lohnt sich!
Der von den Gastgebern empfohlene Steinstrand in Icici hat uns allen sehr gefallen; lädt zum springen, schwimmen, tauchen und schnorcheln ein und Stand UP Paddling wird demnächst häufiger gemacht!
Wir waren 14 Tage dort und haben es sehr genossen.
Vielen Dank, dass wir auch alle Sitzgelegenheiten draußen nutzen durften!
