Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei auf der Straße vorhanden.

Das Schlafzimmer ist im Vergleich zum Wohnraum sehr klein. Aber alles wirkt sehr abgewohnt. Das Apartment könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.
