Spacious and bright house on the sea, finely restored, in a two-family villa with independent entrance.
The house consists of an entrance hall with a large furnished patio, a kitchen equipped with all appliances, a laundry room, a large living / dining room with TV, two large fully furnished double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the bedroom. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and WiFi and is equipped with crockery, towels and bed linen. All the spaces described will be accessible only to guests.
Excellent accommodation for those who love tranquility but do not want to miss the proximity to the beach and the center of Mondello.

Antonio was incredibly communicative and timely from well before our arrival through our departure The location was fantastic. Beautiful deck out front with a decent view. The interior was very clean and comfortable. The place was very secure. Adding a coffee table to the front room would be nice. An American-style coffeemaker would have been nice, but certainly not expected. Streets are narrow and so parking can be a bit of an adventure, but it was not too challenging. The town square was a pleasant ten minute walk away with fantastic views and restaurants. We will definitely return again.

L'appartamento come descritto nelle foto è totalmente ristrutturato e funzionale e dotato di ogni confort. Le camere matrimoniali sono ampie e fresche. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti che si possono consumare sulla terrazza esterna. La zona è tranquilla e dista 15 minuti a piedi dal mare. I proprietari, molto discreti, sono stati di una gentilezza squisita sia all'arrivo che alla partenza rendendosi disponibili, a pagamento, per il transfert da e per l'aeroporto. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno in questa struttura.
