We had a lovely stay.

Perfect Location. Central to where we were visiting.

No washing machine or dryer on site.

Disappointed overall

Spacious and nicely equipped and clean.

Sofa was uncomfortable, had issues getting the heating on which didn't happen until the 2nd day, also it can only be put on 1 hour at a time.Bedrooms are dated and let far too much light and road noise in. Noise from the road was constant and disturbing. Left a day early because of this.

Conflicting information- we were told to bring towels ( which we did) but then there were towels available.

Relaxing house with everything we needed. It was good also to have the open space for the kids to play in. Only 5 minutes to Kilmarnock and near other tourist locations.

A great stay.

It was so close to the venue we were at for the weekend and its cosyness and its closeness to all the shops.

worst holiday ever.

nothing except location to family

No fire escape as front door does not open requested 2 ground floor bedrooms but there was only 1 the other was up stairs which was impossible to reach with a blind 91year old man and the other has severe walking difficulties. Although it states not wheelchair accessiable it should also state not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties never in all the years of self catering holidays have me or my family been told so many times about the rules and conditions it certainly was not a holiday where you could relax it was worst than a concentration camp certainly will never return.

Good communication regarding collecting keys. Location good for what we wanted. Comfortable stay and had everything we needed.

A perfect cottage, perfect location, made a perfect break away.

Like a Tardis, so much space, large bedrooms, fantastic host who showed us around the property. It felt so homely, great for visiting family in the local area, would thoroughly recommend, much nicer to be able to do your own thing rather than sat in a hotel room.

location was good and it was really spacious. very homely and everything you needed

bathroom was a bit dated. not a fan of shower curtains.

Would have been fantastic in summer but not good in colder weather.

The house was clean and very well furnished. The location was fantastic.

The breakfast was OK but wasn't good value for money. The accommodation was freezing had to sleep fully clothed as heating is set to boost and only comes on for an hour each time you press the button.

Feels really rural with views out over the fields. Still easy access to shopping in Kilmarnock and seaside at Troon. Spacious rooms and well fitted kitchen.

Ideal weekend cottage

Feels really rural although at a crossroad. Fresh air and birdsong. Inside big windows and high ceilings make everything bright and welcoming.

Could do with an en-suite upstairs . Prefer a separate shower.

Superb

Very rural in spite of being at a corner with a lot of traffic. Didn’t hear much once inside except the birds singing if you listened for them! Access and parking good. Everything was clean well sanitised and thoughtfully equipped. Rooms were well proportioned with high ceilings Boost to central heating very efficient before weather improved. We have family nearby and hope to visit again.

The bathroom was a long way down from the bedroom . Prefer separate shower but loads of hot water for baths. Change of level into kitchen was tricky.

Great communication with the owner. The space is big for single bedroom accommodation. The Wifi was very good.

I found the road was very noisy. I had to sleep with ear plugs.
