Overall, we had a very good stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was particularly well equipped — there was oil, salt, spices, sauces and everything necessary for cooking. There were also welcome drinks in the fridge and some small treats on the table, which was a very nice touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the hot weather in Split. The apartment was clean overall, with enough towels and fresh bed linen. There was also a washing machine, and when we asked for some laundry detergent, the host provided it. The host was very friendly and welcoming. His English is limited, but he was very kind and helpful. He even left us several cans of Coke and beer, which was a very nice welcome after arriving in the heat. There are also shops nearby, which was convenient.

The main issue was the check-in process. It was quite difficult to understand how to enter the building and how to contact the host. The phone number provided did not work, and the host was not responding quickly enough on Booking.com. We eventually had to ask one of the residents of the building for help, and fortunately they knew the host and helped us get in touch with him. It turned out that the host was actually waiting for us inside the apartment, but there were no clear instructions telling us where to go or how to meet him. This was quite stressful and confusing, especially after arriving in a new city. It would be a big improvement if the host provided clear check-in instructions in advance, including how to enter the building, where to go and how to contact him. A simple message or confirmation with these details would make the arrival much easier.

Bed was comfortable and in general, good location, nice apartment to stay in, for couples especially:) Had a coffee machine that was free to use (and free capsules too) A laundry machine is also a very great plus, and the views from the window were nice to wake up to. Working TV. The host was nice when checking us in

The dishes were left dirty (probably after the last guests). I would suggest rechecking the dishes before checking in other guests. Even though there was a coffee machine, it doesn’t really work properly

Posizione centralissima a 15m dalla porta di Diocleziano. Appartamento nuovissimo e super accessoriato, wifi, aria condizionata lavatrice e TV. Proprietario super gentile e ci ha dato molte info utili, e ci ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno di bevande. Letto comodissimo e con anche il Topper sul materasso. Che dire tutto perfetto.

Fora do centro mas ao mesmo tempo ao lado do centro. O Zeljko é super atencioso e prestativo.

O chuveiro é um pouco estranho e recomendo colocar um microondas
