Every staff member was so very welcoming and extremely helpful with all of our travel needs before our arrival, during our stay, and for our departure. Being located on the quieter side of the mountain was blissful and allowed us entry to the park on the less-crowded entrance gate. The accommodations were modern and the meals served on the balcony were delicious and with such personal service. We loved our stay here and special thanks to Lucas who absolutely made our trip feel effortless and smooth!

The remote location gave it a real rural feel with excellent Mountain Views but close to west gate of the park so easy access. Lucas planned each day for us to avoid queues and crowds which was brilliant. We loved the homely feel of the hotel and loved the home cooking.

Clean, large rooms with amazing beds. Food pretty stunning too as was location to Park. The thing that made it for us was the pool, coconut coffee and the super helpful staff. Helpful before we arrived arranging our tickets and transfer and super helpful when we were there - probably our best stay in China on this trip
Like other hotels the toilet is in the room (screened with a door) There was no real access to the town but that’s why you stay for the location so can’t have everything and did I say …. The pool, pool table etc was a real bonus!!

Where to start? Nice room with a balcony overlooking the hillside. Good breakfast. Extremely kind proprietors, with great suggestions for how to best plan park activities. And a ride to the park entrance!
