The people were very kind, responsive and caring during my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything I needed. They even drove me to Zhangjiajie National Park each time I went and recommended a route for me to take. The inn offers dinner service as well, which was very convenient and tasty. They made me feel welcome and at home.

Food was consistently very good unlike in other places we were in china.
In winter it gets a little cold in the room.

The staff was very friendly, its a family and it was also nice to see how they go about their lives. The food was very tasty, one of the best we had in our 2 week trip in China.
We came here in the middle of low season (5 Dec) as the only guests. Daytime we would have 20C but at night it would go as low as 3C. The hotel building doesnt have the best outer walls and the AC is not enough to heat up the room.(also other rooms being empty doesnt help) Probably this is not an issue in high season.
