Carol is a gem. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects, she really allowed us to experience the best holiday - her suggestions and guidance is priceless. The location is fantastic, just outside east gate of the Park, which is of stupendous beauty.
A separate shower would have been nice, but minor aspect

Everything! If you want to be and enjoy a rural and authentic Chinese environment, this is the place!! It is a comfortable, nice and clean place to stay away from the busy city and it's very close to the less busy entrance of the National Forest Park. Carol helped us a lot, she gave us great advice regarding tickets and commuting. She arranged everything for us, including transport from the airport, all for a reasonable price. It's a family business and the food is made by her dad. Very nice, they accommodated the meals for us. The last day we had Beer Duck!! Some of the ingredients are fresh from their garden.
It's not something to dislike only just to note. If you plan to visit Tianmen Mountain and/ or the Great Canyon, you will have to cross or go around the National Forest Park and that involves time and transportation costs.

Carol, I can’t thank you enough for being so kind and thoughtful. You have gone above and beyond, and is truly appreciated.
This stay has been amazing, up to the highest recommendation. Carol gave me personalized trail to get around and basically took care of all arrangements. She even saved me from a sticky situation with my AliPay when it wasn’t working and I was out needing to spend.
The location is super close to the west entrance, and best decision to go against the usual route that typical tours do. Less crowded throughout.
Although the location isn’t central in Wuyiyan, it’s close to the national park entrance so the trade off is worth it. Quiet, tranquil and their food is also superb!
And I promise, you will be taken cared off all throughout. You will be treated like family from Day 1. What a lovely, caring and thoughtful family stay indeed.
Go book with them, you won’t have any worries. Don’t hesitate :)
