The staff was friendly and the stay was comfortable
Nothing much because even the noise from surrounding franchises was bearable. So it was ok.

The family room could do with some work, there are clear and obvious signs of wear and tear, paint cracks on some walls, mold on shower ceilings, outdoor shower has mold and fungi on floor making it unusable (need to be tiled), wardrobes are falling apart. the small pool was out of order which is unacceptable for small children who may want to swim. Overall the family room needs attention to bring it back to life.
