Holland House offered the best of guest community and/or quiet separation, whichever was desired. All members of the team were warm and welcoming; in a word, happy. Exceptionally well provisioned for self-catering, and within easy, safe walking distance of vibrant Florida Road for eating out.

Location was great, I didn't take their breakfast which I think I will do next time. It's so homey and yet elegant, very comfortable and yet relaxing.
Totally nothing, the staff was friendly, the management is super friendly and welcoming. I am definitely going back, I loved the fact that it's safe as well.
