Ntombi was very welcoming and warm . The cleaning lady was also polite . Did not get her name unfortunately.
The apartment was stuffy when we first arrived. The aircon not cooling requires services. Windows dirty makes it difficult to enjoy the sea view. WiFi disconnects at 23h00

I ddint like that the receptionist didn't have answers of the question we asked they kept on saying that we should call the owner

Location was awesome, pity about the homeless people just on the doorstep. The price was reasonable for that period. If renovated I will gladly rebook.
The furniture is very outdated and uncomfortable, with rusting bar stools. The bedding was ok but can also use a refresh. The door also could use a lick of paint. Cutlery, glassware and crockery was not up to scratch.
