Lovely, quiet stay in a great location

Loved the location. We travelled in the third week of May and even though there was no air conditioning, the room was cool enough for restful nights. The beds were very comfortable and we had a warm welcome by owner, Delphine.

We stayed for 3 nights. There was no hangars nor hanging space or any racks for jackets or clothing; no bath towel hooks or towel racks either, nor toilet roll holder. Would have been useful if there was a bin in the room, only a small bathroom bin was provided.

Perfect location, comfy and clean room, needs a few improvements

The house is situated in the perfect location for visiting Saint Goustan and Auray. Everything is within easy walking distance. Parking is in the nearby streets and we had no trouble finding a spot. There is an apartment upstairs and two rooms downstairs. We booked one of the downstairs rooms which was lovely. It is spacious and tastefully decorated and overlooks the courtyard garden. The bed was super comfy with good quality bedding.

Everything was really nice, but a couple of things spoiled it for us. There is no door to the bathroom meaning there is a total lack of privacy. I notice that many people have commented on this so I really don't understand why it hasn't been changed. Surely you should take notice of customer's comments. The other thing that was really frustrating was the total lack of anywhere to hang clothes. No hook on the back of the bedroom door, no hooks in the room, no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels - not one single hook anywhere. We had to leave our clothes draped over the chairs and table. Again, many people have commented on this, so why has it not been addressed? We would love to stay here again, but not until these two main issues have been changed.

difficult parking no bathroom door with view from outdoor space directly into toilet and shower noisy fan in bathroom nowhere to hang a dress/coat bathroom was wet room but with nowhere to hang towels or bath mat to air so all items damp/wet no comfortable chair

Chambre d'hôte spacieuse, au calme et confortable (literie haut de gamme) située au rez-de-chaussée coté cours au sein d'une grande demeure comportant 2 chambres d'hôtes et un appartement. Très bon emplacement : proximité de petits commerces et de restaurants, crêperies sur le port de Saint Goustan. Places de stationnement disponibles en fin de journée ou très tôt le matin (parking de Keriolet à 300m de la résidence sur les hauteurs de la ville d'Auray ) Propriétaire à l'écoute et attentionnée. Réception d'instructions par SMS pour accéder à la location en cas de besoin. Un grand merci à Delphine.
