Nothing, we really liked the property and the owner was great. It is a long walk from train station and city bus schedules were confusing.

Right in the heart of Auray, this apartment has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay, including fabulous hosts and a superb location on the road down to the port. Will definitely stay here again — highly recommend

Great location, nice apartment.

Nicely appointed apartment, comfortable bed, good shower, spacious bathroom. Was able to fix morning coffee with materials on hand. Good cross breeze in hot weather.

On third floor, but we knew that when we rented the apartment. Recycling instructions need to be updated.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Auray

The apartment is in a perfect location - in the centre of Auray. It’s a five minute and very scenic walk to the harbour. There are many good restaurants and nice cafes close to the apartment. It’s very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. The hosts are helpful and kind - thank you Elisabeth and Michel!

Perfect town centre property with everything you need to explore Auray-Saint-Goustan.

The location of the property couldn't have been better. It was right in the heart of Auray, 30 seconds walk from the town centre. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and had literally everything I could have needed.

I don't have a single negative point to make about the property. It was perfect for my requirements.

Great small apartment located in the centre of Auray and just a 5min walk from the port. Even though it is in the centre, the area is relatively quiet. The apartment has everything one could need.

Perfect location in the heart of a pretty town.

Superb central location on cobbled street leading down through the old town and convenient for shops, bars & restaurant. The owner, Elisabeth was very helpful. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped.

Parking nearby (4 minute walk) is free but spaces limited at busy times.

Bed Bugs and a rude check out

The location was good, right in the city centre. Elisabeth was really lovely and welcoming and gave us some good tips. Good facilities and otherwise a very nice apartment.

Unfortunately both my husband and I were bitten by some critters which we think are bed bugs. I've never been bitten by bed bugs before so had no idea that what I was dealing with wasn't mosquitoes until after we left and by doing a google search at the patterns presented on our skin to find that they were bed bugs. We have spent the last few days of our holiday washing and and drying at high heat all of our clothes, ruining some as a result and we're worried about bringing these back to our home. It is surprising as the apartment looks otherwise spotless. I wish we had taken the bites seriously while we were in the apartment to leave earlier as we were there 4 days but we were trying to enjoy our holiday and told ourselves they were other insect bites. To top it off we had the misfortune of dealing with the husband Michel at check out who was rude and condescending over a miscommunication of the check out time, we asked for extra time so that we could leave the place as spotless as when we got it, we really regret this now. He actually insulted me as we left saying I was disorganised and made us wait an hour to return the keys when we only asked for 20mins. So this also soured our stay upon leaving. Really disappointing.
