    It is quite a good place to stay. Very central and near the metro station. Very quiet and clean.

    Location was well appointed next to Saladaeng Station. Basic Hotel with good service. We stayed on the 6/F and the elevator was only until 5th so we need to walk 1 floor up. Nonetheless everything was easy. My second time here!!!

    The location is good, but unfortunately, the staff were not friendly or welcoming. Since the first day we checked in, the receptionist who handled our check-in seemed to have an attitude. When I asked her to repeat something she had said, she sighed and repeated it in an impatient tone, which made me feel uncomfortable. Another staff member also did not seem willing to help us with our luggage. He was simply sitting there watching us without offering any assistance. When I asked him to help, he brought the luggage upstairs but did not even take it to our room. He just left it at the stairs on our floor, and we had to carry everything to our room ourselves. The attitude of the receptionist and the staff member who was unwilling to properly assist us with our luggage made me feel very unwelcome and disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a bad impression that I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
