    Sewage smell, water dripping from ceiling. Room access was denied due to maintenance and safety issue

    Location is great. Accessible to public transportation. Metro is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Tram/buses nearby. Staff were nice. Mariana was very helpful. Kudos to Lahksmi & Marissa who prepared our breakfast. Hotel was cute, though a little bit old. But it’s clean. Noticed some creaking on the stairs, but this could be repaired. No major concerns. Ask for room that is not facing the main street if you are sensitive to noise. I will surely come back to this hotel when I’m in Lisbon.

    Zimmer sehr dunkel und mit Teppich Boden. Es roch nicht gut. Man möchte nicht in Zimmer bleiben, da es fast keine Tageslicht reikommt, weil die Fenster zu einen dunkelen Schachtel mit lauten Klimaanlagen aufgeht. Man kommt nur zu schlafen, sonst ist es nicht auszuhalten. E
