I would not recommend this property. All the other guests French & Swiss were lovely.
The pool was great but closes at 8pm. No tables to sit or parasols which would have been nice. No food or drinks to be taken to the pool though.
It could have been a lot cleaner. Thick dust on the window frames and skirting boards, stained grotty looking bed cover…couldn’t use it so used our beach towels. Rules on when you could use the dishwasher and washing machine. NO RAIL FOR SHOWER. You had to hold it by hand. No hot water for 2 days. Host not very friendly… had to ask for lighter for gas cooker on arrival…and again a few days later…she didn’t seem happy to help. Mosquito net not fitted to windows securely…. Received many many bites… a neighbour lovely people..suggested maybe in the bed…I was afraid to look. Leaving procedure also very unfriendly….. not allowed to leave (gated property) until she had checked the property….checked all the cupboards for every item…NOT NICE. After 7 days I laundered our sheets and towels, we still had 3 days to go then our water was no longer hot..had suspicions it was because we’d done the laundry.
