In a green setting, part of an independent farmhouse in a 7000 m2 property isolated in the countryside. The property is located near the Provence Country Club, one of the most famous 18-hole golf courses in Provence, accessible on foot in a few minutes.
The accommodation includes 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 mezzanine with a convertible sofa and 2 bathrooms.
Completely renovated, the farmhouse has recently been rented. The non-rented part is used as a secondary residence by the owners; most often, the tenants will therefore be the only ones present on the property.
If you live in the countryside, you are not cut off from the world; Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its supermarkets and many shops, is accessible by car in less than 5 '.
Located at the entrance of the Luberon, the farmhouse is an ideal accommodation to discover it, and more generally the whole of Vaucluse. Fontaine de Vaucluse is in the immediate vicinity, which can be reached on foot or by bicycle. Canoeing activities are practiced nearby, as well as tree climbing.
