About this house rental
Ideally located only 800 meters from the shops and the famous Partage des Eaux, this semi-detached house welcomes you in a peaceful residential area, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is nicknamed "Venice of Provence", many antique dealers and decoration shops line the Sorgue, its Sunday market is famous.
All around, the villages of Velleron, Pernes-les-Fontaines, Saumane, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse are to be discovered!
On one level, the house can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people thanks to its two bedrooms (2 beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 140x200cm) one of which has a ceiling fan and a third small bedroom equipped with a 140x190cm sofa bed. The bathroom with toilet is specially fitted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility, as well as the width of the doors of the whole house.
You will enjoy an air-conditioned living room with an open, functional and well-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals in a friendly atmosphere (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher...). A ceiling fan is also installed in the living room above the dining table for optimal comfort in summer. A pellet stove is available for cooler periods. The living room has a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and direct access to the 2nd courtyard. The wooden shutters of the house are equipped with an electric opening/closing system.
Outside, 2 very distinct spaces:
- A gravelled courtyard with covered terrace and garden furniture, barbecue and private parking for 3 cars (electric gate).
- A second courtyard with trees, with garden furniture and laundry hanging.
Pets are welcome with compulsory collection of droppings.
A garage with electric door for your bicycles, with washing machine and freezer is at your disposal.
Additional services: sheets, towels, heating, pet care, and end-of-stay cleaning.
