We stayed just over a week and explored many towns of the Luberon from there, plus L’Isle Sur La Sorgue. Lovely stay.

Not a negative, but be sure to reserve cleaning services two days before departure. This confused us in the instructions and online.

the accommodation should be taken for a longer period, not for one or two nights with children. internet, washing-up liquid, etc. it is not included in the price, in return, if you do not hand it over cleanly, the cleaning fee will be deducted. the wellness area is paid, the pool cannot be used in the fall, this is not what I expected from a four-star hotel.

Stay with baby

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The maisonnette was spacious, had everything for cooking, AC, TV, radio, DVD player, a nice terrasse. The spa was also quite nice. There is a very good bakery, a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. The stay was very relaxing.

The pool has no shade so not suitable for babies (even though there is a small pool for them), the cleaning has to be done by you before checkout (Windows, toilets, bathtub...) otherwise they charge you from your deposit, the city center is not within walking distance and parking is difficult there.

Peaceful and secure time.

I have not get back my "incurancepayement" 400 e, which I had to pay when we arrived. Waited now already 4 days after leaving. Apartment other bedroom upstairs smells like toilet all our time. Lucky that we did need that room and could keep that room door closed. Big dissapointment because of these things. Not happy at all!

Very poor

Because we arrived late, the front desk called us while we were driving to tell us the code how to get into the gate. My French is not good, so of course I couldn't clearly understand and wrote down the wrong code. Luckily the lady was still there and let us in - otherwise we wouldn't had a room. The next time the code should be sent by text or email to avoid misunderstanding. We were given sheets that evening but for ONLY 1 bed. I was there with a friend - not sure we didn't get sheets for 2 beds. The next day at the front desk, the men was very rude to us.

Disliked · It was not stated in the description that we would have to make our own beds and then strip them, collect the laundry and garbage and bring them back during check out. For that price I shouldn't be doing that. Furthermore, in times of COVID, there was no soap provided in the house and the counters were not very clean.

-colorful residence -very clean -friendly english speaking staffs -free parking space

-no english instructions, only in french -we should clean the kitchen, before we leaving the appartement, but: no cleaning agents, sponge or garbage bags... -one toilet paper roll for three days, no soap -no bigger covers for cold nights -no free wifi (crazy for 4stars)

Excellent rapport qualité / prix

La dame de l’accueil est très sympa et pro . L’emplacement est idéal (proche du centre et des grandes distributions). La propreté de l’appartement (d’ailleurs tout parait bien entretenu).

Le gros bémol c’est l’insonorisation des appartements,on entend tout … En période calme ça passe mais l’été ça doit être horrible …

Eher weniger als mehr…

Absolut kein WLAN und so gut wie kein Netz Auf die Frage, warum kein WLAN vorhanden ist, obwohl in der Anzeige WLAN als vorhanden auf der ganzen Residenz angegeben war, wurde einfach so geantwortet: jeder hat doch sowieso heute einen dicken Handyvertrag. Pool viel kleiner als auf den Fotos. Terrasse auch viele kleiner als auf den Fotos. Gemietet haben wir ein Häuschen für sechs Personen, obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Trotzdem musste einer von uns Auf einem Hochbett schlafen. Es gab nur ein Doppelbett. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir schon ziemlich enttäuscht.

Week-end sympa l isle sur la Sorgues

Jolie maisonnette, spacieuse. Très bien pour deux, bien que pour quatre. Petite terrasse sympa. Très bien en hors saison.

Il pourrait y avoir un kit pour la vaisselle et le ménage surtout pour les courts séjours. Un peu loin à pieds du centre.

Concept de petit village Les infos étaient claires. Sans surprise Bonne organisation

La terrasse de la maisonnette était trop étroite. Mais il y en a avec des terrasses plus agréables. L’espace piscine un peu petit pour le village Pas d’espace prévu comme aire de jeux pour les enfants même si c’était clairement indiqué

Meubles de cuisines abîmés, pas de produits de douches, produit de vaisselle + éponge à acheter (6€) coupe des arbustes pendant notre arrivée, accueil froid et expédié. Salle de bain bien trop grande pour 2, il aurait mieux valu une chambre plutôt que 2 lits superposés !

Pas de "kit d'arrivée" avec une éponge, une dose pour le lave vaisselle et/ou liquide vaisselle. Manque de rangement. Des toiles d'araignée dans toutes les pièces.

très bon emplacement et rapport qualité/prix execellent

on préconise de mettre un pull et éviter de mettre le chauffage, il y a un lave vaisselle 24 couverts 6 assiettes 6 fourchettes 4 verres à vin..... donc pas assez de vaisselle même à 2 pour faire tourner le lave vaisselle ne serait ce que tous les 2 jours c'est à contresens des économies d'énergie que l'on devrait faire car le lave vaisselle a bien tourné à presque vide. Mais ceci n'est un problème que dans votre location, c'est partout la même chose
