Excellent location in the heart of Centro storico. In spite of busy surroundings, once inside the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped and thoughtfully attention to detail.
It was perfect and exceeded expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Syracuse on foot. Having a full kitchen was very convenient, and the bed was comfortable. The space itself felt welcoming and had what we needed for our trip.
There were a couple of things that could be improved: we did come across a cockroach in our apartment, and when we ran out of toilet paper, we sent a message but didn’t receive a response, so we purchased our own.
Overall though, this was a good stay with lots of positives — a comfortable apartment in an excellent location. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

Spacious. Good location. Owner was responsive and kind.
The property feels a bit old / dated and musty. Bedding was not comfortable. Stairs to apartment made getting luggage up and down challenging. Building work upstairs disturbed our holiday on day 1. While the owner compensated for the disturbance, it was not a good start to our time in Siracusa.
