The room size, staff is one of the best, location because it shows the REALITY of live and value your own life comfort, also you can charge your rented car when needed since it is on fuel charge station, relatively silent and close to a big shopping mall.
No coffee or tea with teapot, or just a teapot to make boiled water ;could be better additional blanket for cold seasons, but for warm seasons no need of it; no glass or anything to put toothbrush

Unfortunatly I could not sleep at all due to the noise outside.
It could be a great hotel ad the room is spacious but very very noisy.
