Extremely helpful staff, they went out of their way to help me with a problem i had. Beautiful accomodation, I wish I would have tried their food.
The AC was pretty loud and the slippers very small (for me)

Very friendly staff, they even have us a lift to Ena station Breakfast and diner were great The onsen was very nice Location looked very nice, we only stayed for one night, since we travelling to do the nakasendo trail form Magome. Wished we had more time.
