We had a fantastic day at your beautiful condo in Riverstone,CDA. The condo itself was amazing was super comfortable furniture a great kitchen and a lovely balcony perfect for people watching it was spotless and very quiet making for a relaxing getaway. We loved the excellent location with walking trails, a lake and shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. The instructions and communication for the condo was great!. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

The condo was the perfect size for a couple. It was impeccably clean, incredibly quiet despite its location above the Riverstone retail area, and very easy to get in and out. The location was ideal for us as it's nearby downtown and the major highways. If you're traveling alone or as a couple, this place is perfect for everyone.

From the day we booked our 30-day stay at the Riverstone Retreat to check-out, Kathleen was a wonderful host. The condo was everything I could expect and more. My husband and I (and our little dog) stayed for a month and I cooked most days we were there since the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. The location is perfect...walking distance to restaurants, shops and walking paths. Perfect for our three daily walks with our dog. And I just had to walk downstairs to get a pedicure at the nail salon! We will come back every summer if available.

What a charming place. Very clean and well stocked condo. Right in the heart of Riverstone with quaint shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The trail systems in CDA is beautiful. Owner was very available and went beyond to help us in a difficult situation. Property Manager, John was. Very helpful as well.

The condo was modern, very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The manager was very helpful and interactive, and made sure we were taken care of. The location was great because of its proximity to lots of stores, restaurants, a theater and the resort/downtown area of Coeur d'lane. Also very easy access to the freeway.

I don’t think there is enough space to share how wonderful this condo was. The owner was extremely great to communicate with. The details for checking in were clear, concise and easy to use. The condo is very well complimented with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The area is very quiet at night but there are plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance for a great meal. The underground parking is a great plus, it was easy to get into and out of and was secure.

The property was VERY well equipped- we had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Super easy keypad entry on all access points made checkin a breeze. Main Street is adorable- great shops, restaurants, and bars. We also enjoyed walks along the river and around the small lake. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We needed a place to serve as our home base for two weeks as we explored the Coeur d’Alene area as a possible retirement destination. Kathleen’s Riverstone condo provided everything we needed. Its ideal location made for easy and convenient access to all of our destinations while providing a comfortable and cozy winter retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped and the property manager made sure that everything was in good order. We would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend and we would surely check its availability for a return visit.
