This condo was perfect for us. We loved the neighborhood with all the interesting houses and hugh trees. We walked to the trails and restaurants. It was very comfortable. I hated to leave. Would love to go back again.

This is a very nice townhome rental. We literally parked the car and never moved it again until we were ready to leave. Lovely neighborhood to walk through to downtown activities. We would stay here again.

The condo is reasonably well equipped and comfortable for 2 people. The host is extremely responsive. The location of the unit is great - easy walking distance to downtown and to the lake.We stayed there during a warm spell - probably the first of the year and the A/C definitely needs to be checked out as it was warm in the bedroom.

This place was the perfect little accommodation for our trip to coeur d’Alene. It was close enough to the downtown area where all the action was, we totally could’ve walked if necessary. The condo was cute, clean, and cozy! Perfect for the two of us. It even had a cute little patio out back. The check in/check out process was seamless and we had no problems at all. Street parking was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this condo for your next stay in Coeur d’Alene.

My wife and I visited CDA for a wedding and our VRBO condo was perfect. We spent most of our time meeting up with family or at wedding-related events and the condo was in a perfect location to experience downtown restaurants and shopping, while also having easy access to greater CDA.

This was a great place to stay for one or 2 people. The house was very clean (and well equipped -- I appreciate little things like having a box of tissues provided), parking was easy and it was less than a 15 minute walk to the lake/resort/town center. Very nice to have a half bath on the 1st floor, and a full bathroom on the 2nd floor where the bedroom was located. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend the house for a single or couple (or a family with a young child).

This property is located just a couple of blocks from an outstanding waterfront park, the library, and downtown shops and restaurants. We easily walked to all the attractions. We chose this place for the price and location. We were pleasantly surprised at how well kept and furnished the property was. There is a dog park, in the park, complete with agility training equipment that our dog loved. Great stay. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the location of the property. It was an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants, and the lake shore at Independence Park. The bed seemed closer to a full size than a queen size, and the kitchen could have used a drying rack and sponge to make doing dishes easier, but the property didn't disappoint!

I’ve stayed in CDA many times , and this is my favorite location so far . Staying with my young grandkids , the library, playground , and places of interest were all an easy walk. Condo was very nice, and well laid out . Only wish that there had been some plastic ware dishes/cups(more suitable for kids), and that the jets be cleaned out in the tub. That said , minor issues, I would stay again .

This property has a good location for walking to downtown Coeur d'Alene! It is a small condo in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It is comfortably furnished, clean and quiet. It is an older condo that could use a little updating. The window blinds in the bedroom need replacing and there were no towel racks in the main bathroom except for the one that had fallen off before we arrived. Only has Roku TV with no cable weather. Street parking in front of the unit is very convenient, but there is a bonus of a separate garage bay in a detached building. There were no check-in and check-out instructions, but we did the basics - started dishwasher and took out the trash and recycling. Only needed to contact the property manager twice, but got a quick response. Overall a convenient, cozy property. Would look again when going to Coeur d'Alene!

My husband and I were visiting Coeur d’Alene for the first time. Cody was great, he reached out as soon as we booked our stay and gave us great suggestions for restaurants. Getting into the house was simple and the location was within walking distance of most restaurants and shops. Overall the place was nice, very simple. We did notice some areas that could have been cleaner, mostly on the floors. And unfortunately, it looked like most of the blinds lost a battle with a cat of some sort. Other than those small things, my husband and I were pleased with our stay.

Completely enjoyed our stay, right in the main part of town. People in town were very friendly. The VRBO was nice and would stay again. The bonus was the use of a garage, making our adventures even better because we brought trailered scooters. We were able to keep it all safe.

The location is ideally located for exploring the central CDA area by foot or bike. Walking distance to the lake and restaurants.
