About this house rental
Quiet neighborhood near lots of hiking trails. Relax inside by the fire or out in the private backyard. Soak in the new hot tub after a day on the mountain or golf course. Smart TV w/HDMI cable, USB charging stations throughout house. Kitchen has all necessities and filtered drinking water on tap. Outside of the property is monitored by surveillance cameras.
*NOTE* On 9/12/26 the next door neighbors house burned :( Thankfully they are all fine, and our VRBO house was not affected, but it is unsightly when approaching the house, on the other side of the fence. I will notify any future guests prior to confirming the reservation if there is demolition / construction happening during those dates.

Excellent stay. We LOVED the back yard. It was so peaceful sitting back there driving coffee and listening to the birds. The house was stocked well, the owner was super responsive, and the neighborhood was quiet. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks Mary!

This was a great place to stay for our 1 night stopover in Coeur d'Alene. The backyard is amazing and while we did not have time for a soak in the hot tub that was a nice option to have available. We would stay here again.

Mary was an incredible host. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her recommendations were superb. The house was clean and furnished well. The kitchen has everything to meet our cooking needs. The backyard is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet except for a few chickens, which reminded us of being back at home. I highly recommend checking out this home. We also learned that Coeur d’Alene is a popular city. We enjoyed the homesteading conference and the walks by Tubbs Hill, so pretty.
