Quiet Country Living with pool withdeck close and equidistant tothe Major Cities of Gainesville and Ocala best describes Little Ridge Ranch. We have two quality site built homes-not modular or manufactured structures (some call them luxury cabins)on 10 acres, for specifics on each property see section below for each. Both homes have totally renovated kitchens with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both homes have new metal roofs, new air conditioning systems and new flooring throughout. Both homes have incredible closet space. We are kid friendly, dog friendly, pet friendlyand have picnic tables, balls, Frisbees, outdoor Foosball Table, Hook and Ring game, horseshoe pit,and lot's of room for the kids to roam, and don't forget the pool!

My family decided to take a last minute trip before school starts. We needed some peace and quiet and found it! We were only 25 minutes from any of the springs or big attractions we wanted to experience, but still had the quiet country setting and home like feel. Even though there was ample WiFi, my teenage kids went outside... together...and enjoyed the pool and feeding the animals on the farm. The tub in the primary bathroom was wonderful after a morning of zip lining with the kids too! We love to visit this area and will definitely be back to stay in this house. We stayed in the East House.

This home was so comfortable with space for 13 for Thanksgiving dinner. Spotless and well equipped. Host even dropped off a roasting pan for us to use. Lovely peaceful location. We will be back!

We had a perfect covid friendly family getaway. The location is beautiful. The countryside is very pretty and close to attractions. We hiked and canoed at Payne’s Prairie . We swam at the crystal clear Fanning Springs . The kids had a blast tubing at Ichetucknee . They also did horse riding at Orange Blossom trail rides . The farm is fantastic. The house is very clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need - including air con and WiFi. The kids loved roasting s’mores in the fire pit. The free range chickens are very cool .
