Please no parking on the road. There is a guidebook with information about the house as well as checkout instructions.
Pet fee is for 2 pets under 40 pounds. If your pet is bigger than that, let me know.
Additional rules
Please be respectful of the property. No smoking/vaping inside. Pets can be off leash in the fenced in backyard but must be leashed in the front yard.
Additional requests
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start. Take trash to outdoor can.

It was a beautiful and well appointed property. We LOVED it! Would definitely stay again! Would be great for Gator games or any visit to Gainesville as well. The backyard patio was a really nice touch with the pasture view! We truly enjoyed it!
