Perfectly situated,very nice and clean appartment,terrace view is into nature and sea.Great owner.

The house with the appartment we stayed in, is situated in a very quiet part of amazing Premnatura. It takes only few minutes to walk to the beach and few minutes to walk to the centre, so you do not need a car all the time. The possition is perfect. Five minutes walking from the house is a great restaurant and shops. If you want to go to Kamenjak the entrance is only 2 minutes by car. Everyone in my family loved that our appartment had big terrace with the view to the nature we could see trees,bushes and the sea as well.So we weren't looking on another houses and had privacy. This was perfect. The view was perfect and we really enjoyed eating breakfast and dinners on the terrace.The accomodation was very nice and clean.We had everything we needed. The owner is very kind, helpful,and very polite man.He speaks perfect English.We do recommend this apartment.

Cuban experience for London price.

Big and spacious balcony from where you can observe birds eating grapes. Squirrels and wild boars eating walnuts. Green, without traffic/people garden. DIY host/owner that makes most of the stuff solo. It resembles Cuba and casas particulares without the hospitality.

Maybe some friends or family came to visit when we were there and the host threw 2 parties that lasted until 2am. Because of the rigips walls you hear everything. Horrible experience. We adressed the issue to the host and asked for a partial refund. The host did not even reply. Other stuff like hair from the 18th century in the bathtub and semi-functional kitchen, WC flusher, TV and lights are kind of cute and an experience but not for that price. The photos do not reflect reality.

Pleasant

The location of the apartment was good, the neighborhood was calm, the beach cca 1200m, the centre of the village was close. We got a welcome basket (wine, fruits).

It wasn't clear from the description of the apartment,but there was just a pull out sofa instead of a proper bed, which was uncomfortable. On our last night, at half past 4 in the morning, someone started to clean up the apartment next to ours, preparing the garbage for the garbage truck. It took 45 minutes. I appreciate the effort for recycling but not 4 in the morning.

Great host, wonderful beaches.

Very kind, flexible and friendly host. Welcome fruit basket+wine and chocolate in the fridge. We highly recommend this place for everyone. Premantura is wonderful.

Great location, good place for a young easy going couple

Location, spacious for 2, had most facilities

It was ok for us, we are quite an easy going couple. But there are a lot of finishing off that needs to be done, around door frames, handles etc. The bath could have been cleaner. Just make sure you know which room you’ve booked, sometimes they confuse the apartments. But a good relaxed vacation on the whole.

Une terrasse donnant sur le jardin. Des moustiques mais l’hôte nous a mis à disposition tout ce qui fallait pour les tenir à distance.

Wir haben uns spontan für einen Kurztrip nach Premantura entschieden, beste Wahl, wir kommen wieder!!

Die Lage ist traumhaft, sehr ruhig, ca 5 min zu Fuß zum Meer , sehr nahe beim Eingang zum Kap Kamenjak. Der Vermieter ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit, Danke Aljosa für den schönen Aufenthalt!!😘Jutta und Tina
