Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and air conditioner.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and air conditioner. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Premantura. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
