The apartment I was in is very large and has 2 lovely balconies. Lovely garden around the house, and common areas as well.
The door to my apartment was glass, eliminating any privacy in the living room. The toilet thankfully didn't break while i was there but it was falling apart. It's nice that the "parking" is in the shade but it is difficult to get the car in and out of there (gravel parking), especially if you are in a bigger car or a van. The AC in the bedroom didn't really work, and the one in the living room doesn't really manage to cool down the bedroom.
