Good stay in Premantura

The location is fantastic and the Villa has a lot of green surrounding it. The closest beach just a few minutes down a path. The staff has been welcoming and available.

The mattress on the bed need changing, it’s not comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom was very noisy and couldn’t be kept on during the night.

I would come here again

The location was perfect, very beautiful and clean garden, a lot of activities for kids (there were actually a few turtles that live in the garden) not far away from the beach and also from the city centre.

The landlady's son was unpleasant and unfriendly from the very first minute of communication (there are two entrances to the entire hotel area from different sides and in his opinion we entered through the wrong entrance even though it was the place where you could park your car...) But the landlady was very nice.

Very soft uncomfortable bed! The place looks a bit neglected and old. We could smell smoking in the morning from other room.

Good location, quiet, cleen, good communication with the reception, privacy, enough blankets and towels.

The bed was too soft, esthetic level was low, there was no sharp knife, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper.

We should have taken an appartment as rooms were very noisy, we could hear the lame discussions of other guests in the courtyard until very late.

Lady was very nice, house was beautiful and the garden as well, Beautiful garden full of various trees etc, and including small playground - great for small kids. Grocery shop is just around corner, one small bar as well, It's next to campsite just by the sea, Eneterance to Kamenjak is also very close. I absolutely reccomend this place! Regarding beaches - take water shoes with you (lots of rocks and sea urchins).

This info was already provided to the host - the room was still being tested for renting out the place, so some kitchen utensils were missing, but were provided on the spot after reaching out to the host. Additionally, the bed was not so comfortable, so my partner moved to sleep on the couch.

Good Location. Good view from balcony. Lovly garden,vey well looked after and very well built BBQ area. Large sitting room and bedroom.

We were hoping for a kitchen area but we were mistaken on that but there was a shared microwave,kettel sandwich toaster and coffee maker on the landing

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt.

Es war ein sehr nettes Apartment mit zwei Zimmern. Die Küche gut ausgestattet, auch Schneidbrett, Sieb und Messer ;-). Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Der Garten war sehr schön, leider konnten wir ihn nicht benützen da es sehr kalt war.

Perfektní dovolená s dětmi pro milovníky přírody

Perfektní ubytování pro rodinu s dětmi! Apartmán byl čistý, vybavení dobré, v kuchyni skromnější, ale vůbec nám to nevadilo, zvládli jsme si uvařit. Měli jsme dvě ložnice, dvě koupelny, prostor se sedačkou a televizí přes internet (dala se pustit pohádka), prostorný balkón. Před vchodem je krásné hřiště, klouzačka, houpačka, průlezka. Dále posezení s grilem a jako bonus výběh pro suchozemské želvy, které si děti mohly pohladit. Vzdálenost od moře je asi 500m, jde se příjemnou cestou. My jsme jezdili autem na pláže v přírodním parku Kamenjak, který je kousíček od ubytování. Moc se těším, až se sem vrátíme!

Matrace byly pro nás příliš měkké, dětem to nevadilo, ale my máme trochu bolavá záda. Nicméně dojem z celého pobytu nám to vůbec nezkazilo!

Jól felszerelt, kényelmes, tiszta és csendes hely. Közelben van minden, ami kell: bolt, étterem, strand. A parkolás sem gond, van ingyenes parkolási lehetőség a ház elött.

posizione buona, a pochi passi c'e' il campeggio (entrata libera a piedi/bicicletta) bello il giardino condominiale, con tante piante. Terrazzo molto spazioso, ma poca visuale.

Il condizionatore sicuramente era scarico di gas, e posizionato male (l'aria arrivava sul letto) Bagno grande, ma doccia piccola, cucina troppo piccola , buia. Frigorifero troppo piccolo. Arredamento un po' vetusto!!!!!!

Nagyon jó választás volt

Szépen gondozott, árnyékos kert fenyőkkel, szivartujákkal, függőágyakkal, gyerekjátékokkal. Tiszta, jól felszerelt apartmanunk volt két hálóval, két zuhanyzóval, két mellékhelyiséggel, nagy erkéllyel. Négynek tágas, de hatan is elfértünk volna. Csöndes. Szelektív hulladékgyűjtés. Alapos tájékoztatás, részletes házirend. Minden berendezés jól működik. A zuhanykabin jól zár. Van jó felmosószett, söprű, lapát. Közel a Kamenjak Nemzeti Park bejáratához. Jobb helyen nem is lehetett volna. Gyalog jártunk minden nap a Kolumbarica partra.

Ha akarnék, akkor sem nagyon tudnék belekötni ebbe a szállásba. Na jó: ha egy tekercs konyhai papírtörlő még járna a konyhához, akkor semmi sem hiányozna. De ez a maximum, és csak azért, mert van olyan kérdés, hogy mi nem tetszett.

Die Villa, der Garten ( der Schatten im Garten und mit Liebe angelegt ) Das Apartment im Marine-Stil möbliert - sehr schön. Und auch die Terrasse schattig mit massivem Garten Möbel.

Im Badezimmer - im Waschbecken funktionierte der Wasserhahn nicht richtig - zu wenig Druck und kein warmes Wasser. Die Dusche war aber in Ordnung.

Appartamento ok a premantura

Pulizia dei locali e funzionalità degli accessori, la possibilità di mangiare fuori, la privacy con l ingresso indipendente, parcheggio coperto e vicino all appartamento

Solamente l apparecchio televisivo che sostanzialmente si connettiva solo a youtube e non riuscivo a guardare via internet o antenna o satellitare. Purtroppo l abbonamento prime in Croazia non si aggancia.

Molto comoda

Dalla struttura si può raggiungere a piedi il parco, con 15/20 minuti di camminata per arrivare alla spiaggia. Molto apprezzata inoltre la possibilità di usare il microonde e gli utensili da cucina nonostante avessimo solo la camera.

Non funzionava Netflix, ma non é stato così fondamentale. Gli asciugamani erano un po' ruvidi.

Visszajönnék:)

A reggelit mi oldottuk meg. A környék nyugis rendezett. Rengeteg program a környéken és persze közel. A bolt kb 60 lépésre a szallastol. 25km körzetben nagyon sok szórakozási lehetőség. Az szálas udvara kertje rendezett extra jó H van egy mini jatszótér.

A konyhába egy mikro el kellett volna az egyik szállásra, ez nem negatívum. Ami kellett megoldottuk.
